2. Account Registration

2.1 Eligibility

3. Services Description

PointsPay provides a digital rewards platform that allows users to:

• Store payment cards in a secure digital wallet
• Earn points on purchases at participating merchants
• Redeem points for rewards, cash back, or discounts
• Scan receipts and documents using OCR technology
• Access location-based deals and promotions
• Track spending and optimize purchases

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time without prior notice.

4. Points Program

4.1 Earning Points

Points are earned based on the following:

• Regular Purchases: 10 points per dollar spent at participating merchants
• Bonus Opportunities: Additional points through promotions and special offers
• Referrals: 1,000 points for each successful referral
• Receipt Scanning: 5 bonus points per receipt

4.2 Redeeming Points

Points can be redeemed as follows:

• Cash Back: 100 points = $1.00
• Store Discounts: Applied at checkout
• Gift Cards: Various denominations available
• Premium Rewards: Exclusive items and experiences

4.3 Points Expiration

Points remain active as long as your account is active. If there is no account activity for 12 consecutive months, points may expire. We will send reminders before any expiration occurs.

4.4 Points Limitations

• Points have no cash value except when redeemed through our platform
• Points are non-transferable except through our official transfer feature
• We reserve the right to adjust point values or redemption rates
• Fraudulent activity may result in point forfeiture

5. Payment & Billing

5.1 Payment Processing

When you add payment cards to your digital wallet:

• Card information is encrypted using AES-256 encryption
• We use tokenization to protect your card numbers
• We comply with PCI-DSS standards
• We do not store your CVV or full card numbers

5.2 Fees

PointsPay is free to use. There are no subscription fees or hidden charges. However:

• Standard transaction fees may apply from your card issuer
• Currency conversion fees may apply for international transactions
• Third-party fees are beyond our control

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Engage in fraudulent activities or abuse the points system
• Create multiple accounts to exploit promotions
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use automated systems or bots without permission
• Interfere with other users' access to the Services
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are the exclusive property of PointsPay and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
• Use our trademarks or branding without authorization
• Create derivative works based on our Services
• Remove or alter any copyright notices

8. Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• We never sell your personal information to third parties
• You have control over your data and can request deletion
